what you need to start with is a host of textures and stuff that old looking..... then get you head around the layer blendng modes in Photoshop :) (Smile)

learn some layer mask stuff too :) (Smile)

Thanks for the comments on Form, 4x6 - Colors of Spring - Pink, and 4x6 - Whole and In Pieces!
As for Form, it's actually a ceiling lamp. It's just upside down because I thought it was more interesting that way. I didn't use a close up lens on 4x6 - Whole and In Pieces, just the normal lens on my Olympus E-10.
Oh, and your favorite author is my favorite author too (I also readthembeforethemovie ;) (Wink) ).

I don't know how everybody's using textures. I just click awaaaay. all the words... well. that's harder. that requires some concentration and composing skills. :D (Big Grin)
